The reservation and setup process should take no more than ten minutes.
Three simple links are sent to your mobile:
- A bank level ID verification
- DD mandate to ensure automation of payments
- A copy of the Storage Agreement requiring digital signature
Further support is available from any of our friendly operators, available seven days/week, who will be able to walk you through the process.

1. Email
An email is sent to you clearly explaining the administration process required for move-in.
2. ID Verification
Verify your identity via your mobile device.
3. Direct Debit Mandate
Authorise a Direct Debit mandate via your mobile device to us so we can take payment.
4. Sign the Contract
View the contract and sign it digitally. This will automatically return it to us!
5. Pack Up
Box up your belongings.
6. Move In
You get your container number and your unique access code. You can begin moving in!
