How do I know how much space I'll need?

A 20' container holds the contents of a three-bed — simply call now to chat through options.

What is the minimum length of time I can store?

Our minimum charge is three month's storage; you can store for less than that, but the charge will be for at least three months.

How safe are my possessions?

Security of all sites is paramount.

  1. Electric gates – unique access codes for each customer
  2. Perimeter fencing
  3. State-of-the-art CCTV
  4. Professional monitoring of CCTV
  5. Manor Farm site has live-onsite owners
What access will I have?

All sites have access 7am–7pm, 7 days/week as standard. Regular or occasional access outside those hours is normally possible by arrangement.

What information will I need to supply in order to secure my unit?

We require:

  • ID verification – passport or driving licence
  • DD mandate completed
  • Digital signature on Storage Agreement

This can all be done online OR in the main office at Manor Farm, at customer's preference.

Padlocks
  • Armoured padlocks are strongly recommended.
  • Secondary padlocks are encouraged.
How much notice do I need to give?

One month's notice is required.

Insurance

Customers are required to insure their goods; details of recommended insurers covering the self storage industry can be supplied if required.
