A 20’ container will hold the contents of a three-bed semi – simply ring us now to chat through options or
use this space calculator to help visualise your requirements.

Our minimum charge is one month’s storage, you can store for less than that, but the charge will be for a month.

Security of our sites is paramount.

  1. Electric gates – with unique access codes for each customer
  2. Perimeter fencing
  3. State of the art CCTV
  4. Professional monitoring of CCTV
  5. Owners live onsite at Manor Farm

All sites have access 7am-7pm, 7 days/week as standard.
Regular or occasional access outside those hours is normally possible by prior arrangement.

We require

  • photo id, (i.e. passport/driving licence)
  • proof of address (i.e. utility bill) and
  • payment terms agreed


This can all be done online OR in our office, at customers preference.

Armoured padlocks are required and are supplied at cost.
Secondary padlocks are encouraged. 
Both keys/padlocks are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All customers are required to insure their possessions on a “new for old” basis. Some household policies cover this, however, there is also an option to take out insurance cover at the Common Farm site.

One month’s notice is required.
